-Primary Guest must be over the age of 35 and provide valid ID. -Maximum guest count is 8 guest per reservation. -Security deposit of $600.00 per reservation is required to hold a reservation. Full refund is issued after departure with not violations. -Displayed Daily rate are based on 4 guest per reservation. Additional guest fee $150/week/guest.

-The residence is a non smoking home, smoking within the home is not permitted. Violations will result in loss of security deposit. -NO social functions or family gathering are permitted at the residence. -Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am local time. The indicated time are required to allow cleaning staff to prepare residence for the next guests. -Check out Instructions: -Load Dishwasher and turn on, pick up dishes/glasses in Florida room and the residence -Remove personal Items from all closets and cabinets - Remove all food from Fridge and place in garbage containers outside - Return Kayaks to racks and life jackets to storage bins in garage - Return pool and Florida room furniture to original places with lounger in flat position. - No parking vehicles or trailers on grass. Lawn contains shallow underground irrigation lines that are damaged by vehicle.
