What guests say

Completely comfortable, clean, convenient, and calm, this Cocoa Beach mid-century canal house was an oasis for a busy family after the hustle and noise of several days at Universal in Orlando. Our escape to this canal house put us in minutes of the beach and all the Space Coast has to offer. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture, beds, and relaxing by the pool. We kayaked and admired the manatees. Meanwhile, there was less stress because there was everything in the home kitchen to make breakfasts every morning, plenty of beach toys and towels, and helpful communication from the owner when we needed to adjust the arrival date for our stay. We hope to return in the future for another stay!

This is our second stay at this home. It was just as wonderful as the first. The house is clean and exactly as described. I had one question for the host and he got back to me very quickly!

Spent two weeks in Cocoa Beach. This property offered everything we needed. The pool was great to be able to get water time between storms. Property was clean and comfortable with multiple couples. Fully stocked with everything we needed.

A Perfect Family Getaway – A Hidden Gem in Cocoa Beach! Our family just returned from an amazing week at 148 Jamaica Dr., and we can’t wait to go back! This was our second visit to Cocoa Beach but our first time staying here, and it exceeded expectations. The location is perfect—a quiet street, an easy walk to the beach, and close to Lori Wilson Park with direct access to a beautiful shore and playground. We watched three Kennedy Space Center launches, two from the spacious front yard! Highlights of our stay: The Pool: The kids loved swimming anytime, and there were plenty of floaties. The Florida Room: We ate every meal here, and my daughter and I enjoyed cosy reading time at night. The Dock & Canal: Morning coffee while our son fished was a treat. We saw manatees, dolphins, and stingrays and kayaked daily through beautiful canals. Beach Perks: A wagon, toys, and boogie boards made beach trips easy! Spacious & Clean: The house was spotless and well-stocked with supplies. Adam was an excellent host—quick to respond to any questions. This home provided the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. One of our top Florida stays—we can’t wait to return!
